We had a fantastic stay at Chateau De Maucouvent. From the moment we arrived, Nathalie warmly welcomed us and made us feel at home. the old French charm of the partially renovated chateau was captivating, and our spacious room and bathroom were comfortable. the breakfast served on the terrace was absolutely sublime. We were especially impressed with Nathalie's attention to dietary needs, as she went above and beyond to provide delicious gluten-free options for me. We also enjoyed a tasty dinner prepared by the owner. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Chateau De Maucouvent.
No negatives from this place. 🌟.

The double room at Chateau De Maucouvent was absolutely charming! I felt like I was in a fairy tale with its balcony, garden view, and cozy fireplace. It was so lovely to wake up to the sight of flowers and greenery outside, and the fireplace added a cozy touch that made me feel right at home. As an old person, I truly appreciated these simple yet delightful features.
The only thing I liked less was the bathroom with a bath. It's just a personal preference, but I would have preferred a shower instead.

The house and property were absolutely beautiful, providing a romantic and charming atmosphere for our escape. the woman who took care of us was incredibly kind and helpful, even cooking a delicious meal for us on the terrace. the continental breakfast was also a lovely touch, adding to the overall experience. the peaceful and relaxing setting of the location made it the perfect getaway.
Finding the hotel was quite difficult, especially at night. the directions provided were not very clear, and the small road we had to turn onto was hard to locate.

Stayed at a charming chateau with a lovely terrace and comfy room. WiFi worked, but who needs it when you have deer and red squirrels in the grounds? Perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
Oh, and don't forget to bring wads of cash because they don't take credit cards. Such a modern approach!
